Photography has always been a huge part of my life. As a teenager weekends and evenings were spent chasing sunsets and wildlife. I spent years learning how to tell stories through my lens.
At 18, I photographed my first wedding and I was overwhelmed by the responsibility – but I also fell in love with it. Capturing such meaningful moments gave me a real sense of purpose. Now a decade later, nothing is more important to me than documenting love stories through photography.
Since getting married in April 2024, I have a renewed appreciation for the gravity of a wedding day. Here you can see a photo of a very nervous Elliot taken just a couple of hours before my own wedding ceremony.

Photography has always been an big part of my life, as a teenager weekends and evenings were spent chasing sunsets and wildlife. I spent years learning how to tell stories through my lens.
At 18, I photographed my first wedding and was overwhelmed by the responsibility – but I also fell in love with it. Capturing such meaningful moments gave me a real sense of purpose. Now 10 years later, nothing is more important to me than documenting love stories through photography.
Since getting married in April 2024, I have a renewed appreciation for the gravity of a wedding day. Above, you can see a photo of a very nervous Elliot taken just a couple of hours before my own wedding ceremony.
I see every wedding I photograph as an incredible privilege. It’s an honour to be trusted with capturing such a deeply personal and important day.
My approach is to tell the story of your wedding in a way that feels both cinematic and authentic. I want the photos to not only look stunning but also reflect the genuine emotions and natural flow of your day.
I love to travel and I love being outdoors. Previously I've worked as a ski instructor in Japan. My wife and I have worked at a surf and yoga retreat in the Canary Islands. We've spent months living in hostels all over the world, from Canada to Sri Lanka.
I'm always looking forward to the next adventure. Whether its an elopement in the mountains, a lakeside wedding, or surf themed engagement shoot, I'm there.
I've always thought it interesting that natural landscapes never look ugly. There's never a mountain that doesn't look right. There's never a forest where the colours don't quite go.
My role as a photographer is to capture that natural beauty. On your wedding day I will draw inspiration from the scenery outside your venue. I will be inspired by the season and the weather. I will look to the gardens and the florals.
When photographing people, I look to capture natural moments of real emotion. I believe that's the best way to capture you and your loved ones authentically. Just as nature intended.
When it comes to photography I'll be a calming presence to guide you through the whole process, from planning your pre-wedding shoot to designing your album. When you have questions, I'm always a quick text or phone call away.
On your wedding day, I'll be a calm and quiet person trying to blend into the background, capturing the story of your day authentically and candidly. At the same time, I'm ready when you need me. I'll be there to ease you into being photographed and make it all feel like a breeze. I'll gently guide you and your loved ones through the group photos and portraits.
