Lake District Wedding Photographer

I photograph weddings in a way that’s cinematic, natural and inspired by the Lake District’s dramatic landscapes, soft atmospheric light and wild, open scenery.

The Lake District is especially close to me. It’s where I grew up and where I got married at Hidden River Barn. It brings a unique sense of drama and calm to every wedding. Wild fells, quiet lakesides around places like Windermere and soft, atmospheric light all create a beautiful backdrop for relaxed, cinematic photography.

Weddings here can take so many forms, from intimate elopements up on the fells, to elegant celebrations at venues like Town Head Estate.

Why I love photographing weddings in the Lake district

I offer an all-inclusive full day wedding package. This includes Party Cameras for your guests.

I also offer pricing for smaller weddings if you don't need me for the full day.

I often photograph at venues I've never been to before. When this is the case I will either visit the venue beforehand, or I will arrive extra early on the day. If you are doing a venue visit, feel free to let me know and if I'm available I'll be happy to come along.

A few things:

How do get in touch to book or ask questions?

Most couples book 12–18 months ahead, especially for summer weekend dates. If you’re planning for 2026 or 2027, getting in touch early gives you the best chance of securing your date. I do sometimes have last minute availability.

How do we know if you're the right photographer for us?

Choosing a photographer is all about connection and trust. The best place to start is exploring my portfolio, reading more about me, and seeing whether my natural, cinematic style feels like you. If it does, I’d love to hear from you.
